Rinunciamo consapevolmente a collaborazioni con aziende terze per permettere ai nostri clienti di sviluppare la societ\u00e0 appena costituita in piena libert\u00e0 e indipendenza.<\/p>\n<h3>Procedura<\/h3>\n<p>Dopo aver ricevuto l\u2019incarico, vi invieremo i documenti necessari per la costituzione della vostra nuova societ\u00e0 (bozza degli statuti, estratto di controllo, procure). Se tutto corrisponde ai vostri desideri, firmate i documenti e restituiteceli senza spese di spedizione, insieme all\u2019attestazione di deposito dei conferimenti in denaro o ai documenti giustificativi relativi ai conferimenti in natura. Il nostro notaio verificher\u00e0 i documenti e proceder\u00e0 alla costituzione mediante atto pubblico. Infine, riceverete l\u2019atto pubblico di costituzione e tutti i documenti necessari per l\u2019iscrizione nel registro di commercio tramite un invio con tracciamento elettronico (Track &amp; Trace).<\/p>\n<h3>Garanzia<\/h3>\n<p>Garantiamo la costituzione della vostra societ\u00e0 a un prezzo forfettario. Il nostro forfait include tutti gli atti, documenti e moduli necessari per la costituzione e l\u2019iscrizione della societ\u00e0 nel registro di commercio.
